A standard process is follows
in an organization to conduct all the steps necessary to analyze, design to
implement and maintain the information system.
SDLC is a common
methodology for system development in many organization featuring several
phases that marks the progress of system analysis and design effort traditional
methodology use to development, maintain and replace information system. SDLC
used in any organization in an orderly set of activity conduct and plant for
each department project.
Initial Investigation
It is a
very first phase of SDLC one must know what the problem is because it can be
solved. The basis for a system is recognition of a need for improving and
information system.
Feasibility study
A feasibility
study is attest of a system proposal according to its work ability, impact on
the organization ability to meet users need and effecting use of resource.

Analysis
During
analysis data is collected on the other level files, decision, points, and
transection handle by the present system .interviews, site observation and questioners

Design
Most
creative and challenging face of the SDLC is system design term design
describes a final system and the procedure by which it is developed it also include
the construction of a program and
program testing the first step is to determine how the output is to produce and
what format.
Implementation
Implementation
phase is less creative then system design it is concerned with users tracing
side representation when the system is linked to terminal the telecommunication
network and test of the network along with the system.
Implementation is concerned with details

The physical creation of the system.

testing before system is released.
Maintenance
After implementation maintenance begin this
include enhancement, modification or change from the original specification.
This phase terminates SDLC after the maintenance the phase is completed and the
user staff is adjusted and to the created by the system if the new information
is consistence with design specification then change have to made.
